This brewing kit is designed for 5 or 6 gal. batch of beer an has an automatic siphoning system to transfer beer from one fermenter to a carboy, bottling bucket or bottle. This auto-siphon system does not require prior filling of water into the tubing to start the siphon. This equipment kit can be converted to a two stage kit (A Two Stage Kit will result in less sediment in the bottle and a clear, smooth, clean tasting beer.) just by acquiring a 5 gallon glass carboy, a #7 drilled rubber stopper and a Liquid Crystal Thermometer Strip. We make it simple to upgrade without making any parts redundant. Accessories not included in this kit that make homebrewing more fun are Bottle Washer, Drainer Tree, 24-28 Spoon and if you live here in Minnesota Brewing Belt may be necessary in the winter months.
