FedEx Shipping Charge on our website at Checkout is provided
by FedEx. Large, bulky items are heavy (e.g. Press, Crusher,
Glass, etc.) and may cost significantly higher to ship. If we
are unable to honor the shipping charge as listed at Checkout on
our website, we will contact you with an updated shipping charge
for your order.
All orders are shipped to you directly from Barkingside Co. We do
not drop ship. Each mail-order package will have a minimum of 7 oz
(e.g., 8 oz loose tea) of packing material added to the total
product weight. The amount of packing material used will depend on
the individual products ordered. Shipping box size will also
affect FedEx shipping rates. The FedEx package tracking number
will be automatically emailed to internet orders. Please
double-check the email address you provide for accuracy.
Minnesota Resident Only
MN Sales Tax applies to Non-Food items. Sales Tax will not show at
Checkout but will be included in the paper invoice accompanying
your order and will also be reflected in the total sales amount
charged to credit card payments.

Orders consisting of non glass small, light weigh items that fit box size 7"x7"x6" SAFELY and less than 1 lb that are not listed under Flat Rate Shipping Chart may qualify for Special Shipping Offer. Special Shipping Offer range between the cost of Flat Rate Shipping and Fedex Shipping Rate as shown at the checkout page. When your order consist of items as described above, your order will automatically qualify for Special Shipping Offer and will be ship by Prioirity Mail or Fedex. When your order has a request for Fedex Shipping, regular FedEx shipping charge as shown at checkout will apply.

Customer Care is important to us!! Once you've place an order with
us, we offer prompt and careful delivery of your purchases. Your
order will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt and often within
24 hours. During the holiday mail-orders can take 2-3 days to be
shipped. If you are in a hurry to get your order please let us
know and we will do our best to get it shipped that same day.

In order to provide consistent product quality, all products we
receive from our importers, suppliers or manufacturers are checked
and examined prior to placing them on our shelf or shipping them
out to our mail order customers. With Barkingside, you know you

other products you enjoyed the last time will be as good the next
time is important to us. Our products are handled with the highest
degree of care possible from the time we receive it to the time
they are shipped to you.
At Barkingside, we are focused on delivering consistent product
quality. As a result, whether you are buying tea, winemaking or
our brewing products, you can count on our quality products time
after time to make great beer, wine and tea.
Returns and Exchanges
As "Your Neighborhood Specialty Store", we want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you
are not satisfied, simply return the merchandise with a copy of
your receipt/packing slip within 10 days of purchase (mail-order
customer within 30 days of our shipping date). We encourage you to
return or exchange merchandise in a timely manner so as not to
incur damage or wear. We stand behind the quality of our products
and will make things right if you are not completely satisfied. We
will issue a refund (excluding shipping cost, we will gladly
refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
Product being returned must be in new, unused condition.
Edible items are non returnable. If you
receive a damaged or broken item, call us as soon as possible.
Please keep all packaging materials. A claim will be filed and a
replacement will be sent. Allow approximately 2 weeks to process a
refund check.

Miscellaneous Information
If you have questions regarding an order you have placed with us,
please email or call us. We inspect all products from our
suppliers before we sell them to the public. All orders are
carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. In the event your
order arrives damaged, unfit or unusable, report situation
immediately to Barkingside Company for instructions and leave the
damaged product in its original condition and case.
